Trinity Rising will be starting up groups at the beginning of February! We will be starting with two open groups Grief and Newly Diagnosed Mental Illness.

Grief Processing Group

This group will be an open group holding maximum 15 individuals and facilitated by our licensed therapists. This will consist of offering support for those who are grieving the loss of a friend, loved one, relationship/marriage, or child. During this group you will learn about the stages of grief, as well as process your emotions, and gain support from those around you.

Newly diagnosed Mental Illness Processing Group:

This group will be an open group holding maximum 15 individuals and facilitated by our licensed therapists. This will consist of offering support to individuals who have been newly diagnosed with a mental illness and unsure on how to deal with their feelings regarding their diagnosis. During this group individuals will have the ability to build a support system, learn how to process their emotions, and learn the steps to take to move forward.

Here are the details

• Groups last 4 weeks

• Will be offered twice a week, once during the week and once on the weekend

• $40 fee to attend, we will not be accepting insurance for groups

• Small group: no more than 15 individuals in a group
